Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for supporting independent publishing. Because our products are either custom-manufactured or delivered digitally, we maintain a strict return policy to keep our operations sustainable.

1. Digital Content (E-books)

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital books are final. * Access: Upon purchase, a download link is provided via email, valid for 48 hours.

  • Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to download and save the file within this window.

  • Exemptions: We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, device incompatibility, or failure to download the link before expiry. If you experience a technical error during the download process, please contact us within the 48-hour window for assistance.

2. Physical Books

Our physical books are printed specifically for you at the time of purchase (Print-on-Demand). As these are custom-made items, we do not accept returns for "change of mind," "buyer’s remorse," or accidental orders.

  • Damages and Defects: In accordance with British Columbia’s Consumer Protection Act, we will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or possess manufacturing defects.

  • Reporting: You must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or shipping damage.

  • Resolution: If a defect is verified, we will issue a replacement copy at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.

3. Shipping and Cancellations
  • Cancellations: Once an order is sent to the printer, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipment costs for returned packages will be the customer's responsibility.
